Its been a great year, I've competed in quite alot of race events this year,
My main goals for this year were to compete at Duathlon Nationals championships, (which I have to go back and try again after getting a flat tire on the bike course, but I finished:-)), also a goal was to win the Multirace Publix Duathlon series championship, then to achieve my Road Runners of America running Coach certification, to get a sub 17.30 5K, to PR in the half marathon, and to run a full marathon in the place where the marathon began, and hopefully qualifying for Boston. I did it, I fullfilled my expectations and goals for 2010, and had such a great time along the way. I've had the honor to meet some amazingly talented awesome people. I've made some great friends, and the Speedsters run group has expanded....such a big family of dedicated runners. My sponsors have been so helpful and supportive this year: Tri Lab, I got to meet the president of the company at a Miami photo shoot. Lots of fun:-) Lin socks, also got to meet my sponsor at the Miami man event for the half Iron event with some other Lin ladies. Nuun have been an amazing support and are a fantastic team, thanks for keeping me hydrated. Livewire, wow, so supportive and I've even had the honor to help in developing an amazing new endurance supplement, and then not to mention the bike support, and the patience from Alex Saputo at Evolution multisport. I would also like to thank Trek for their support and the NEW SPEED CONCEPT 9 Series, looking forward to race in this gorgeous new technology in carbon TT bikes:-) http://road.cc/content/news/18127-trek-launch-most-aero-bike-ever The year 2011 is jam packed already with some interesting goals and races, looks like I better get out and get my butt moving :-) Thank you so much to all my family, friends and sponsors for your ongoing dedication.
